The food is delicious

The food is delicious, the service is ever friendly, and the prices are unbeatable. I've been eating at Wendy'due south for years, and I can honestly say that it'southward my favorite place to go for a quick bite. Wendy'due south is always my get-to restaurant when I'm in a bustle. I know that I can always count on the food being fresh and delicious, and the service is always fast and friendly. I highly recommend Wendy'southward to anyone looking for a groovy fast food experience. Cheers, Wendy's, for always existence in that location when I need a quick repast!


I had the baconator burger

I had the baconator burger. It was actually pretty tasty.
The bacon was well cooked, burger was surprisingly juicy and tender.
The bread was definitely a +.
Service on the other hand, the woman at the counter was quite unpleasant. Now, I'm not asking her to applause me as I walk in. Merely at least greet me with a howdy.
I just got one of those looks.

There is an employee at Wendy's on John R near 14 mile road named Deonte. He should be a spokesman on client service. Yes he is that good!

Hi my experience was non that good I will tell you why.I am reviewing the Wendy's at 1004 south Main Street Cleveland Georgia. They took xl years to get the second social club we were the tertiary in line ,and the line is packed .They did not pay attention we had to echo our guild 2 times . I agree with all terrible reviews considering it is truthful .


I would give a 0 if i could

I would requite a 0 if i could, I have chosen over 5 times, been left on concord for well over an hour, haven't been able to get in contact with anyone, left multiple emails, tried the in app chat and no ane. I was delivered an incorrect order after ordering commitment through the app and can't even go far contact with anyone to rectify it. If I don't hear dorsum from anyone and it's already been over 24hour a I'm contacting my banking concern Becuase this is the worst service Ever

I used to honey Wendy's, but because of their customer service, it'south not worth the risk. I once got cheated out of a little over $20.00 worth of food because they put rotten vegetables on my burgers and the residue of information technology was super quondam and cold. I called customer service who then lied and said I would exist refunded. I was never refunded for this. Now at a dissimilar Wendy'due south I just placed a mobile gild where I didn't receive my fries and again my potato was extremely old and it was for my child. Customer service gave a generic response and said the store would be reaching out to me regarding a refund. But they said this before and I wasn't refunded so we'll meet. Distressing to have been a loyal customer to Wendy's for 15 years and now I won't exist going back. I also won't recommend going here to others for the lack of quality control and the chance they will accept your money without genuinely helping. For the price, and how hit and miss information technology is with workers constantly messing up your club, and and then yous just take to suck it upward and deal with it unless the food is literally inedible or missing. More a handful of times especially I've received SUPER old broiled potatoes. I've never had to telephone call Whatsoever other fast food client service line in my life, but if I have to call you lot twice that'southward enough for me.

Cold food, soggy baps - non impressed at all. Won't be trying once again!

Had to queue up for 40 minutes before food was ready nutrient was all thrown together no gustation to the burger definitely not like the wendys nosotros all knew years ago Go to boy go to Burger Kiing better tasting burgers


Alienation OF Client

ALIENATION OF Client: I purchased an apple tree/pecan salad and spicy chicken simply earlier 5:00 pm this evening, ane/12/2022. I asked for an extra dressing equally I was shorted on my last order back in Nov when I chosen and the employee who took my call said she'd put it in the book that I was owed a dressing. Influenza and the holidays presented me from getting dorsum in until tonight. They told me the volume went back to September. I said look in November. My name wasn't there. They wouldn't give me my dressing. While they were looking for my proper name in the book, I looked in my bag I merely purchased. Approximate what. NO DRESSING! Lainy added insult to injury by telling me she loaded the bag herself and she about certainly put a dressing in there. So, I was substantially told I was a liar as well. Cheers Wendys.


Unfulfilled Wendy'due south Order

I put in a mobile order through the Wendy's Website. When I went to pick up my order through the Drive Thru, I was rudely told they were airtight even though I was able to identify an order to that location. Hopefully, cancelling the society will give me a full refund like the girl at the drive thru claimed when I asked about a refund. Either way, going to Wendy's was a waste matter of my time and energy.

Wendy's across from the University at Buffalo is terrible as far as the wait. I've been in the car line for 30-45 minutes before getting to order my food. They don't take customers seriously, and seem to play and joke with each other instead of preparing food. Food overall is ok, but not worth the money or fourth dimension.


Never Again!

Stopped at Wendy's on Page Ave in Overland MO for a bacon egg an cheese biscuit on Sun 01/02/2022. Biscuit was difficult - no doubt left over from previous day. Egg was common cold every bit was the cheese. But 2 tiny pieces of salary on the sandwich. First and concluding visit to this crappy restaurant.
